How To Cook Spicy Turky-Duck Sausage Rice | Vie Belles Cutlery
It is totally delicious and really easy to make.
800 gr turky-duck sausage
1 tbsp olive oil
1small red onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
2 tomato, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cups long-grained uncooked rice
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
Start by seasoning the meat well. Place in to a little of olive oil and brown on all sides.
Add olive oil to a fry pan, and fry onion for 5 minutes until get soft. Add the garlic, and cook 1 more minute.
Slit the sausage skins and crumble the sausage meat. So it looks like small meat balls. Turn the heat to high, make the sausage brown. Add smoked paprika, deglaze the pan by pouring in the white wine and scrapping pan. Cooked for about 3 minutes until coloured. Add tomato and mix.
In another pot or rice cooker cook rice with water, salt and oil.
Now add the cooked rice, stir well to mix. Remove from the heat, gently fold in the fresh cilantro to serve.

This is a superb knife. Though I've been cooking since a very young age, I've never had such a wonderful knife to use in my cooking! It's wonderfully sharp and cuts anything ! It's beautiful! It is the perfect weight for me and offers excellent balance when you pinch it. I can use it for long periods of time without any fatigue! I’m choosing my vie belles pots and pans over my cast iron and stainless steel. I’m still able to go stove to oven. Frankly, I haven't used it yet. Too beautiful, like the 2 other Vie Belles blades that I have purchased. I enjoy looking at them, pristine and new. Hell, I might never use it, but probably will, just to hear more "oohs and ahs."
