- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup gruyere cheese
- 2 lb Italian cooked sausage
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup slice red onion
- 1 cup mix white & brown uncooked mushroom
- 1 cup sliced red bel pepper
- 1 tbsp der oregano
- salt, pepper TT
Top evenly with vegetables, sausage, oregano, salt, pepper, and gruyere cheese.
Place pitta pizza on a large baking sheet and broil until cheese lightly brown for 5 minutes.
To serve use fresh cilantro on top.
