
Lemon-Rosemary-Herb Grilled Onion Rings are the best ever. Served as a side for perfectly grilled steak or on top of a juicy burger.
INGREDIENTS



1 large white onion, sliced | 2 tbsp olive oil | 1 tbsp white vinegar | 1 tbsp lemon juice | 1 tbsp chopped, fresh parsley | 1 tbsp chopped, fresh rosemary | 1 tsp grated lemon zest | salt pepper TT |
DIRECTIONS
Fire your grill for cooking, heat medium-high temperature of around 350˚F to grill the onion rings. Arrange the onion rings overheat, cook for 3 minutes per side or until well marked and slightly softened. Serve warm or at room temperature.
