Whether for breakfast, appetizer or snack a Persian Herb and Cheese Platter will tantalize all of your senses.
- 3 kinds of cheese
- bunches whole fresh herbs: mint, basil, cilantro, flat-leaf parsley, tarragon, dill, chives, marjoram, scallions
- cherry tomato
- pickles and peppers
- walnuts or pecan
- any kind of bread, and crackers
- slice of cucumber
- rose jam
Wash and dry the herbs. Trim the stems, but leave them intact. Place them on a large wooden board and garnish it with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and cheeses.
Serve with crackers and bread.
