¡Abundante y abundante, esta sopa de lentejas es pura comodidad en un tazón! Vea cómo hacer una sopa de lentejas clásica simple de 5 estrellas.
4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva (decorar)
¼ taza de perejil fresco
1 taza de cebolla finamente picada
1 ½ tazas de zanahoria finamente picada
½ taza de apio finamente picado
½ taza de tomates pelados y picados
6 tazas de caldo de pollo o verduras
½ cucharadita de cilantro recién molido
½ cucharadita de comino tostado recién molido
½ cucharadita de pimentón molido
3 tazas de lentejas cocidas
2 tazas de puré de tomate
2 dientes de ajo
Coloque el aceite de oliva en una olla grande y cocine a fuego medio. Una vez caliente, agregue la cebolla, la zanahoria, el apio y el ajo hasta que las cebollas estén transparentes (aproximadamente 6-7 minutos).
Agregue las especias, la sal y la pimienta y luego mezcle durante 2 minutos.
Agregue el caldo de pollo a hervir.
Después de 5 minutos agregue el puré de tomate, aumente el fuego a alto.
Tape y cocine, cocine a fuego lento hasta que las verduras estén tiernas (aproximadamente 20 minutos).
Agregue tomate fresco picado y lentejas cocidas. Cocine a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.
Para servir utilice perejil fresco y aceite de oliva.

This is a superb knife. Though I've been cooking since a very young age, I've never had such a wonderful knife to use in my cooking! It's wonderfully sharp and cuts anything ! It's beautiful! I’m choosing my vie belles pots and pans over my cast iron and stainless steel. I’m still able to go stove to oven. Frankly, I haven't used it yet. Too beautiful, like the 2 other Vie Belles blades that I have purchased. I enjoy looking at them, pristine and new. Hell, I might never use it, but probably will, just to hear more "oohs and ahs."
