Son limones curados en conserva fermentados con Lacto. Como quieras llamarlos; están llenos de un sabor cítrico intenso con un bocado suave. Muchas recetas de Oriente Medio requieren limones en conserva. Limones encurtidos en sal y su propio jugo.
5 limones pequeños
1 hoja de laurel fresca
1 ramita de canela
1/2 taza de sal marina
1 pizca de azafrán
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1 cucharadita de pimienta roja
Empiece por esterilizar un frasco. Precaliente su horno a 225˚F, luego coloque el frasco y la tapa en el horno, déjelo por 20 minutos.
Después de sacarlo del horno, enfriarlo por completo. Exprime el jugo de los limones en un frasco, corta en profundidad aproximadamente 3 cuartos del camino hacia abajo y los limones permanecen unidos en la base.
Empaque una cucharadita de sal marina dentro de cada corte, luego vuelva a juntar los limones. Capa de limón con el resto de la sal. Luego agregue la hoja de laurel, los granos de pimienta roja y negra, la rama de canela y el azafrán.
Póngase el cable y séllelo herméticamente. Déjelo durante un mes en un lugar fresco y oscuro, agitando suavemente el frasco cada pocos días para mover la sal.

This is a superb knife. Though I've been cooking since a very young age, I've never had such a wonderful knife to use in my cooking! It's wonderfully sharp and cuts anything ! It's beautiful! It is the perfect weight for me and offers excellent balance when you pinch it. I can use it for long periods of time without any fatigue! I’m choosing my vie belles pots and pans over my cast iron and stainless steel. I’m still able to go stove to oven. Frankly, I haven't used it yet. Too beautiful, like the 2 other Vie Belles blades that I have purchased. I enjoy looking at them, pristine and new. Hell, I might never use it, but probably will, just to hear more "oohs and ahs."
