Easy Mediterranean burger are a flavorful way to mix-up hamburger night with Mediterranean flavor.
- 800 g Angus ground beef
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Combine ground beef with spices, parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Portion in to 4 patties (each 200 gr) and fry in the pan, finish cooking in the oven (350˚F for 5 minutes) with slice of feta cheese until the cheese get soft .
Serve burger with yogurt garlic sauce on the toasted buns, and top each burger with roasted red pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
TIP: Yogurt garlic sauce- 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 garlic clove-crushed, 1 tsp fresh meant-chopped, salt and pepper to test. Mix all of these ingredient to have your yogurt garlic sauce.
