1 cup tomato sauce | 1 cup gruyere cheese | 2 lb Italian cooked sausage | 1/3 cup fresh cilantro | 1/2 cup slice red onion |
1 cup mix white & brown uncooked mushroom | 1 cup sliced red bel pepper | 1 tbsp der oregano | salt TT | pepper TT |
DIRECTIONS
Arrange the rack in the centre of the oven and preheat broiler to
350˚F
On each pitta, spread two tbsp tomato sauce all the way to the edges.
Top evenly with vegetables, sausage, oregano, salt, pepper, and gruyere cheese.
Place pitta pizza on a large baking sheet and broil until cheese lightly brown for 5 minutes.
To serve use fresh cilantro on top.
